Batteries Plus..

(I presume you have checked the headset is fully charged and powered on.) Together with pressing "Find Headset" on the phone, you also have to press and hold "VOLUME +/-" for 5 seconds on the headset. When the connection is made the headset LED will flash blue every 10 seconds. I hope this helps.
