Hi, To configure your answering , press menu botton while your phone is on std-by mode then scroll down using the down arrow, then select each choice to configure number of rings-mode-and for the message , just follow the voice prompt to record it.

It is still blinking because you still have some messages, if no, try to log again inside your mail box and do something, like change password or reset it, if you still have the same problem after 24 hours, call your suppliers, they can reset it from the central office, but take care, you may loose your saved messages .

Hi Lillian, You may have a ring ground on your line, start by removing all your phone equipments then try to call again, if it works, means one of your phones cause the problem, you may have to do this diagnostic yourself before calling your telecommunication supplier, cause if the the technicien do it, they may charge you some fees for that. Second possibility, try to check if your fax machine is holding the line after 2 rings, go to the menu and search for ring count. Hope that i helped you !
