TalkSwitch 48 disconnects call after transfer
You are using the wrong option for transfer -- the one you are using is a conference which requires the person transferring the call to stay on the line. You need the option which permits a blind transfer or announced transfer. This issue is specifically discussed in the manual.

On hold device
Start by looking at the system. It's pretty tough to miss the two jacks labeled MUSIC and PA.
They take a 1/8" (3.5mm) mono jack, so you can come out of your MOH device with an RCA to 1/8" or 1/8" to 1/8" cord. Your local Rat Shack should have the cables.

Answering machine not working
Open your TalkSwitch Management Software.
Go to Local Extensions/Fax
Select the extension you are using for the fax.
Click on additional settings under the activate extensions section
On the direct Line Access Tab put a check mark in the check box for "Use Direct Line Access on:" Select your Hunt Group or the number you have to dial to get an outside line.
This will force this extension to not have to dial 9 or whatever number to get an outside line for dialing out.

Tinnites
Try this site:
http://www.curefortinnitus.com/Many sufferers make use of self-help treatments such as:
- Maskingthe tinnitus with competing sounds, such as low music (using personalheadphones) clocks, or other noises such as ‘white noise’ generators. This makes it easier to ignore the tinnitus, help concentration andsleep.
- Useof hearing aids for hearing loss - being able to hear sounds you cannotnormally hear may help override the tinnitus noise
- Cognitive behaviour therapy can help people to change their response and lower their awareness of tinnitus.
- Deliberately trying to concentrate on something else and to ignore the tinnitus
- Stress management - stress and fatigue can make the condition worse.
- Avoidance of alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, and certain foods that are known to aggravate tinnitus.
- Use of earplugs, earmuffs and avoiding loud noise to limit further damage to the ears.
We are actually not supposed to provide medical/legal advice on this site, but I just thought this may help you. Hope it does :)
Cheers!

Unparking calls feature does not work
Press the hook-switch and release it immediately; this is what the 'flash' button simulates doing. In other words hang your phone up for half a second or less and you have sent a 'flash' signal. This will work with any analog phone. If you have ever used traditional call waiting from your home telephone it is exactly the same.

Talkwitch 240VS and TS400 phone
To setup the phone to automatically insert your external dial group (usually '0') before numbers, so you can save them in your phone book, and make calls from your missed / received call logs, you should check the TS400 manual.
For the TS350i you do this
1) press transfer/menu button
2) Press 4 - Call preferences menu
3) Press 8 - Access Code Prefix
4) Enter the number you use for outgoing calls (usually 0)
5) Press OK

SONIM XP 3800 VOICEMAIL INDICATOR STAYS ON BUT,NO MESSAGES=?
TRIED POWERING OFF-PROBLEM STARTED 2/WEEKS AGO.
1. First, try resetting your phone by powering it off completely and then turning it back on after a few seconds. This can sometimes resolve minor software glitches.
2. If the problem persists, you can try contacting your mobile service provider and ask them to reset your voicemail on their end. They might be able to resolve the issue from their system.
3. Another option is to manually check your voicemail and listen to any existing messages. Sometimes, even if you've listened to a message, the indicator might stay on. By checking your voicemail and ensuring there are no unread messages, it might help clear the indicator.
If none of these steps work, it could be a more complex issue that might require technical support from Sonim or your mobile service provider. They should be able to provide further assistance. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with!
