The phone makes no sound and doesn't get any calls when people call but the volume is all the way up. The whole phone system works but that issue. It is a model 28821FE2-A. What do I do?

I forgot my password from the base station of the phone thomson telecom ce21816ge2-a. HOW CAN I FIX IT? (whithout going it to a phone technician to fix it)
You'll need to consult the user guide that came with the base station, and follow the instructions to reset the base station to its factory settings. I searched for a user guide online, but couldn't find one for you. Hope this helps!
