Your DLP chip is failing. The tiny micro mirrors within this chip are stuck. More white dots will appear over time until it looks like a star field on your screen. Most places will tell you that you need a new light engine, however you can replace the DLP chip itself and it will take you about 30 mins. THE PROBLEM CAN BE CORRECTED BY REPLACING LAMP WITH THE ORIGINAL LAMP FROM MITSUBISHI CHECK THE ORIGINAL LAMP HAS A MAGNAFIER ON TOP OF THE LAMP.

U check the tv Ballast board?This board it is to help the projection lamp to ignite.

CK the Lamp Fan if it stops running when Lamp starts to light set will shut off.
Ballast board is what powers Lamp on.

Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Basing the replacement of the board on the clicking sound of a relay trying to close is not a safe bet. The first thing you need to do is check the bulb. Then there is a ballast board and then the Power supply board. Parts might be hard to find. Most likely a fuse blew when the lamp blew, there is internal fuses on the power supply board on these mitsubishi's, if the fuse is ok though then most likely another component somewhere failed.
