Mitsubishi WD-65833 doesn't stay on
Hello o9lkicja,
This problem sounds like it could be an
intermittent ly malfunctioning component in the power supply section of your TV. I suspect that it could be a capacitor that is on the verge of failing. This is quite common in televisions today. If you want to at least take a look at what could be wrong, unplug the TV take the back off and look at the power supply board for vented or bloated capacitors. Capacitors are can-like components the have tops that look they are made to open. If the top looks curved in any way that capacitor has to be changed. I suggest that for the repair of this TV you seek the help of a TV technician, due to the fact that the technician would have all of the tools need to properly preform the needed repair.
I hope this helps,
Thank you,

WD-65833 Flashing Green Light/Will not turn on!
its an easy repair however i would recomend not even attempting the repair without the service manual as the DLP chassis is completely incased and you will need the info just to get the chassis out , That will explain exactly how to disassemble. once disassembled there are 4 100uf capacitors that are causing the problem. If you would like the full service manual for your set let me know and I will post a link where you can get it emailed and they will provide free support to help you do the repair.
DM removal
You will need to remove the entire chassis block as outlined in the manual. DM stands for digital board. It will be listed in the manual as PWB DM its sandwhiched in between other boards inside the chassis . Which is actually a metal box that will need to be disassembled then each board removed to get the DM . The DM is usually the bottom board. I dont have access to the WD65833 sertvice manual, but I am famillar with it. The DLPs are all simallar the entire Chassis block needs to be removed. Hope this helps if you need more info, let me know.
Net Command Does not work
Go to net command menu click on the AVR Learn icon.
Now you can program 4 different functions (inputs) from another remote. I programed 4 different source settings from my A/V receiver. And you label each input appropiately. Such as DVD, SAT, CAB, ANT.....
Now go back to net command and just to the right of previous Learn Icon you input the name of the source you just programmed for which ever device it is currently watching.
Net command is very confusing but works great once you figure it out. Hope this helps.
My tv blinks 6x red and 1x yellow. whats that mean?
Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices.

If blinks continue without any pause, or the LED light stationery; the main board is faulty.

How to replace the main board on a mitsubishi WD-60C8
Basing the replacement of the board on the clicking sound of a relay trying to close is not a safe bet. The first thing you need to do is check the bulb. Then there is a ballast board and then the Power supply board. Parts might be hard to find. Use the website I listed to see what part numbers are then google it or look on eba or amazon for those parts.
