When using headset with skyfy3

Are you using the special Delphi headphone with the built=in antenna? There is NO antenna built into the SkyFi3 like the MyFi - you must have the special headphones with the antenna built in. okay?

Get saved music off internal memory onto micro SD card or to lapt

Thanks to the RIAA, you CANNOT do that. The songs are 'stuck' in the radio. The card is for you to add YOUR own MP3s only.

Can I add FM frequencies to my receiver?

Unfortunately no. Use an AUX input or a 'stand-alone' FM transmitter.

Unit keeps losing all my pre-set stations, every time I shut it off

Skyfi3 - after playing for now about 1 minute on any channel it changes to preview channel. I did the reset (volume up and off/on button at the same time. I did firm ware up date. Nothing works. Help.

After rebooting to factory settings on my Delphi

i think your Delphi should be broken. you can return to the factory or you can ask the 24 hrs live technical support at this site http://www.diyobd2.fr, they will like to help you, good luck
