Sorry to hear you are having issues with your BISSELL deep cleaner. Your upholstery hose should not leak when used. There is a small o-ring on the end of the hose that may be missing, or if the tool is cracked it could leak. A service center could better help you identify the problem. Hi there if u have already replaced the brush motor and the brushes stil aren't rotating, you wil need to also replace the circuit board that is located in the upper part of the machine after u take the 5 screws out the back, hope this helps, I repair bissells for a living so any problems email me, [email protected]

This caan be caused by hard water in the home or by using cleaners not made foryour model. turn the machine upside down and using a sewing needle poke one by one the little holes in the base where the water comes out, this should be the issue any other issues like a hose leak would cause large amounts to come out of the rear and a feed line broken would do the same.Hope this helps you it did me!
