Basic on what you have said this means that the charger and cable are not compatible with one and other with your MP3

please do not force it to it again, so as to avoided damage on the panel of your MP3,

what you need to do here is that take both back to the store were you but them including your MP3 and request for both charger and cable that will be compatible with your MP3 system

make sure that it is tested and confirm working

piece of advice when ever you need to replace or do any thing that have to do with fixing you are to go to the store with the bad one in other to avoided buying the bad or fake .

Do you mean the cable to connect to your computer's USB port? You can purchase a wall charger that has a USB port. You can also purchase a cigarette lighter plug with USB port to operate/charge your player in your car.

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio
Books, etc. from MP3 Player

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete".
Now your mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.

This mp3 player recognize only original music(songs) format I have earlier heard about that is why every thime the software which is using for itself not let it connect to pc
Do the following
if you are using windows xp 32 bit then change it to 64 bit
if using Apple I mac then work on panther
and try to play only originals songs in to it if you dont have originals then by using any kind of sound editing software you can change your local songs to original format like .WAV

Sounds as if your batteries are run down. If they are disposable, then renew them, if you charge them up on your computer, then their life is running out and they will need replacing shortly.

After reading a couple of other problems and solutions, I held the 'reset' button in for approx 30 seconds. That fixed it.

I found this on the Samsung site you will need to select your specific version 4gb or 8gb.
It has the software download as well as the user manual.

Its own battery cell is weak or dead that it cannot stand on its own but works well when hooked with a car stereo. So you need to replace it.

Why doesent my smasung yp-k3 show up on my mac laptop?

try to remove all the music on your mp3 player, copy it on your computer so you can put it back later,
after removing all the music try to open it, then if your mp3 player loads completely turn it off then put back the music files

Is this a new device??? have you installed it before?

Also if your running windows XP please update to Windows Media player 11 before installling this has all the necessary windows MTP drivers for most mp3 players!

See dude a mp3 player is made for playing small length songs and its not able to read the audio book files as it cant sustain them.

Connect your mp3 player to your PC and then charge it for 4-5 hours properly then it will work.
