if the device that you have there is not being formatted, maybe it is not being detected by your computer, try other cable, USB cable or better yet try other computer.

How do i chance MPEG4
There are many online converters that are free. I'm not too sure if they do this but its worth a look.

The battery is at fault. The charging circuit is fine as it says CHARGING. As the battery is at fault you may like to as Samsung to replace it if the device is still under warranty. Else replace the battery.
How do I switch the
Slide and hold in the opposite direction of the arrow to turn the power on/off.

Freezes up when syncing. downloaded a song &
Hello,
Try removing the song that you downloaded when the problem you started, from your MP3 player. You may want to try a reset of the device after you remove the song/songs. To reset the device you will need to press the small reset button(back of device) on the MP3 player and hold it for 5 seconds. You may lose personal settings on the device when this is done.

Ok. My player is fully
Are you using a 64 bit edition of windows? Samsung users report lots of bugs with 64 bit windows and samsung software/hardware.
If not, My first advice would be to check the cable. Try a different cable, see if that helps.
Are the drivers properly installed? If windows did not finish installing the driver or it was defeated halfway through, this problem can arise. Try uninstalling everything, then re-plugging the device into the computer and re-installing.
You may want to try turning the player off and then plugging it in as well.
Several users with the same issue have reported that manually syncing music works far more effectively.
I cant charge this mp4
MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format.
You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

This divise canot connect to pc it is only in
at my experience the mp3 player if connect to computer will at charging mode and at windows explorer will detect as removable disk like pen drive
at this state you can copy/paste file from computer to mp3 player or from mp3 player to computer
if your computer did not detect mp3 player as removable disk it mean your need to install mp3 player driver to your computer first
No power and cannot see
My Samsung YP-K3 wont turn on.
Fully charged but, After i press turn-on, Voltage drop down zero Volt.
