Sounds like a hardware failure, it could have been due to the low battery, it could have been due to something just failing while charging, but i doubt there is a quick fix at this point from what your describing. The only other thing i could think to try would be pull out the battery and leave it out overnight then try again, that would hard reboot the phone, if it still behave the same its time for a new phone as it would likely cost more then its worth to do anything else to it.

I would take this to your providers store front. They will be able to fix this quick and free.

Hello, you just need to call your mobile network provider to get HTC S710 unlock code and you need to wait for a couple weeks to get that code and you must pay some charge or you can buy HTC unlock code at online store to save more time and more money. Don't use unlocked software, since generate unlock code from software have a little chance got the correct code. If you entered wrong code many times, you phones will not able to use again and you need deep freeze unlock code.

In Nigeria, the gprssetting for internet browsing will be sent to you shortly after inserting your simcard in your phone.

But, if the setting was not send to you, call mtn customer care on 180. Or you go to any of MTN office in Nigeria and the setting will be given to you on your phone.

Sound like the software is hanging up. Try to reset the phone back to original factory state. Please take not that this will delete everything you have thre inside the phone.

1.your phone battery is drained check it.
2.or goto xda forum and get rom os to update your phone which is only way to solve problem.
3.connect it to pc when active syn goes green run rom file which is downloaded from xda.

The problem is not a software problem that requires any for of updates or download, it is a hardware problem that requires you to take apart the phone and replace the flexi ribbon that connects the screen to the main board of the phone. The flexi ribbon is weak and need to be replaced. That is why the screen goes blank for a while.

To disassemble the phone, you will have to get a torx screwdriver, then you remove the back cover, the battery and your sim card if you use any, then you unhook the back of the phone and unscrew the screws you can see, then you slide a thing like a credit card around the edges of the phone, then you separate the front cover apart too, then you unscrew the screws around the panel then you release the screen gently, remove the flexi ribbon that connects the screen to the main board then replace it and reverse the process to reassemble the phone back together.

If you are not familiar with such technical activity, i will advice you seek the assistance of a repairer so as not to damage any component inside the phone.

first you need microsoft active sync on your computer, this is for the drivers, then select wireless modem from program menu, option will be usb or bluetooth, select usb now connect phone to computer, it will show htc generic modem found , if driver is not installed it will be in c/program files/active sync.
