I need to connect to
hi,
The capability to access the Internet is commonly referred to as GPRS, 1x/CDMA and/or 3G.
The settings for accessing the Internet (APN, username, password) vary from mobile operator to mobile operator. If your mobile phone is not currently configured for it (e.g for downloading games, ringtones, surfing the internet from your mobile browser...):
1. have your phone's manufacturer and model name ready
2. contact your mobile operator to request the Internet access settings
3. you should get the settings sent to your phone in an SMS message
4. save these settings as your default settings
In case you have all the information for the settings but you need/want to manually configure your phone, the instructions for doing it depend on the manufacturer and model name of your phone.
Phone manufacturers often help either in configuring your phone by sending you an SMS, or in publishing the instructions to be followed for manual configuration. Visit your mobile phone manufacturer's web site to see how they can help you:
If your phone is a Windows Mobile device, follow these steps to configure your device to access the Internet:
1. enter the Start menu
2. select Settings
3. open the Connection tab
4. select Connection
5. open the Advanced tab
6. select Select Network, then New
7. select Cellular Line (GPRS, 3G)
8. enter the data specific to your operator
Hope this guide help you.
Don't forget to rate me. Thanks...

The problem of not able to get on to the internet is usually due to the network problem and so might be caused by the service providers. What you have to do is to ask the service providers about the any current problem in their or not. If not then try downloading the mobile settings again. This might probably work. Also in some cases the network providers usually create certain restrictions on using network like there should be minimum balance of this much and all. Just check out for any of that problem with your service provider.
Good Luck

Good day. I have a
Hello,
The problem is not a software problem that requires any for of updates or download, it is a hardware problem that requires you to take apart the phone and replace the flexi ribbon that connects the screen to the main board of the phone. The flexi ribbon is weak and need to be replaced. That is why the screen goes blank for a while.
To disassemble the phone, you will have to get a torx screwdriver, then you remove the back cover, the battery and your sim card if you use any, then you unhook the back of the phone and unscrew the screws you can see, then you slide a thing like a credit card around the edges of the phone, then you separate the front cover apart too, then you unscrew the screws around the panel then you release the screen gently, remove the flexi ribbon that connects the screen to the main board then replace it and reverse the process to reassemble the phone back together.
If you are not familiar with such technical activity, i will advice you seek the assistance of a repairer so as not to damage any component inside the phone.
Take care and good luck

Do you have a TMO Dash?
If so you can perform a master reset. ****NOTE**** this will erase any
settings or content you have on the phone. With the phone off you can
hold the left and right soft key and tap the power button once. This is
a hard reset and will restore all factory settings.
so Turn off your phone,
then press both *SOFT KEYS* and *POWER ON* device. After moment release
