you need to do a hard reset:Settings>System>Clear Storage> Enter "1234" and select "Yes" at the bottom left.or if that wont work try....
Hold both soft keys and press stylus in reset hole. That worked.

the screen is lined with touch pad that makes it respond to touch,that pad is damaged and must be changed.go and buy the touch screen pad,remove the spoilt one to fix the new one.you will have to unscrew the phone

There is a sticker under the battery on the back of the phone with the serial number and part number and FCC-ID, etc. Pull the cover off (the side with the camera), pull the battery out, and there will be the sticker.

The issue you have is the 64 bit version of the operating system witch can foul things like this up.

What you can do is install the windows 7 32 bit version this will clear things up. So what we are talking here is a compatibility issue with the windows 7 64 bit operating system version.

As far as i know unlocking phones by codes is the best way.i also unlock my cell phone through unlock code and now i am happy with my phone.click here to get your unlock code.

You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.
