Did you ever found the solution for the vm9311ts? I have the exact same problem

its a small piece of plastic broke it holds the chrome pull on the inside that broke and now its not pulling enough pressure down on it to play right or the ejecting slider broke which is a wierd looking black plastic part on the side of the disk drive

hook the pink wire to a toggle switch and ground the switch to the chassis. when the unlawfull screen comes on then turn the switch on for a few seconds then back off for a few seconds then back on and the screen should go away. I done this with mine and it works. unfortunately you have to do this every time.

You can save your default volume setting on the Audiovox. Normally the procedure is the same from storing a FM channel. Your manual will have the details for your specific model.

My audio does not come out to my speakers I connected it to different cars and the audio just doesn't come out & my cables are fine i just need the part to fix it.

The only way you can do it is to go on an auction site and find one exactly the same with a different problem and just swap the parts around.

the top spin needs more plastic grease

there are two screws on the back by the fan make sure you got those out those will let the unit come a part

just by pass it with the bypass code

put the dvd in and by pass the parking brake with a ground so you can see the movie or what ever is playing and the on a remote for it press stop twice and 1264 and a menu will come up and select parking brake over ride off

your car has a stock amp for the speakers hook up the blue wire that is on the stock lead wire harness to the remote wire along with the remote for the amp

just insatll a small switch to any bare metal chassis (ground) to the pink wire but to actually activate the video you have to deactivate the switch for a few seconds then deactivate and you should have video if its already hooked up to your parking brake just deactivate (put down) the parking brake for 3 - 5 seconds and pull it up again

try pressing the reset button on the lower right corner of the face. should set it back to default and when you turn it on it should start of at 10

not sure but probably needs a new lamp mine went out on my jvc tv and my power light just blinked at me whether the tv was on or off

on main remote push
stop twice, then 1264, joystick south twice, then once, then sys setup twice to save

if you are experienced or just have enough confidence in yourself with electronics... try opening the top of the radio and check the video ribbon. DO NOT TRY THIS IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF YOURSELF! I am not responsible for any damage caused to yourself or your radio.

hey bud got the same model in dash. it won't work unless u have the brain (multimedia unit). nothing would work no radio or nothing. pull it out and look for a black cable besides ur antenna follow that and u will find the device
