Hello.....
I have this LG M6100,
Check your USB cable works for data transfer, quite a few of them are "power only" nowadays.
Check the socket where the cable plugs on your phone is not damaged, the little plate inside may have become bent to the side or may be dirty.
I would guess the issue is going to be caused by one of the two above common problems, the drivers should automatically start being downloaded when you plug in so it seems the issue lays with the plugging in process.

Needd to find a screen for lg m6100
Your best bet is to call LG for a replacement part or buy another of the same phone from ebay or something and use that screen.....It's not very common for screens for these to be mass produced and sold they want you to buy from LG.
Call LG and tell them you havnt had the phone very long and the screen just exploded for some reason....Ive done this twice and got free phones.

Unable to save the messages from the phone
You can't do anything to save text messages. Kind of dumb but that's just how phones are. Write them down or forward them to your email if you have the ability to do so from your mobile phone. Good Luck!

Simcard is lock to phone
u need to unlock your phone , first try a software reflash if that doiesnot work take the below recommended steps
1) you can call your local service provider and he should unlock your phone for a fixed fees.
2) otherwise go to the unlocking sites provided you have a valid credit card and you will get an unlock code and procedure from the GSMLiberty.net
3) even postal unlocking for 25 dollars from iunlock.com
4) Otherwise for your choice just google 'unlock l7i" u will find lot of unlockers and you could buy any ones service also.
5)also u can if u call meteor customer care on 1905 they will give unlock code for free.all they ask is ur details and reason why u want this code.only catch is that u have to spend something around 100e on top ups to get it code for free..

Switching on problem
hi m gen madale.i bought a lg m6100 phone in saudi arabia.since, i resigned and went home to my country, philippines, 8s no working anymore.i mean no power.the battery is charging when its plugged.some expertice told me that its has to be programmed.pls halp me

Lg fb163-how to add bluetoth function
To add Bluetooth functionality to your LG FB163, you can use a Bluetooth adapter that is compatible with the device. Ensure that the adapter you choose is compatible with the FB163 model. Once you have the adapter, follow the instructions provided with it to connect it to your FB163 system.
To connect your Android phone to the FB163, you'll need a compatible cable. Typically, you would use an auxiliary (AUX) cable with a 3.5mm jack on both ends. Plug one end into the headphone jack of your Android phone and the other end into the AUX input port on the FB163 system. Then, select the AUX input mode on the FB163 to hear the audio from your phone through system.
How can I hatd factory hard reset my LG 265 if I don't have my pin # nomore or forgot it .
- Turn the phone off.
- Press and hold the Power/Lock key (on the right side of the phone) and the Down Volume key (on the left side of the phone) at the same time.
- When the Factory data reset screen appears, release both of the keys.
- Use the Volume keys to highlight Factory data reset, then press the Power/Lock key to confirm.
- Use the Volume keys to highlight Yes, then press the Power/Lock key to confirm one more time.
- Your phone will perform a factory reset.
