Hello Debra, from what you,ve just said it appears your phone is in "Safe mode". And once that happens, you"ll be unable to use apps on the phone. So here's a quick tip to what you can do(if you can) or otherwise give a technician.

First: check the down volume button to see if it's constantly pressed down on its own. Cos that's where the problem starts. If it's not then move to step two. If it is, then guess it's not what you can do. You"ll have to give a technician in a repair centre to have the button changed/replaced.

Secondly: remove the battery, and try to fiddle i.e keep pressing the up and down volume buttons for few seconds before putting back the battery and power on. If same issue occurs then am afraid you'll have to take to a repair centre.

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.

you need to take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reflash the mobile for you.

From there you can view and buy any LG phone available on the market.

the card maybe corrupted so try a new memory card. and see if that helps if it still freezes then have the phone exchanged.

please go to the settings option in your menu and click privacy there you can lock messages,images,videos....by giving a password.there may be difference in the arrangement of this options in various phones.if u are convinced please rate me

there is a battery problem.. if the battery working properly.. then there is problem in the battery connecter ...go to the customer care.. there is some hardware problem

1. Not all phones are compatibile each other
2. Keep the screen always clear when transfer
3. Some files may be coruped .
4. Some songs have copyright protection
5. Change the name of the device (Bluetooth Name)
I know that connection to other phones is slow... I saw that 2. If none of that does't help you, contact your provider.

you need to convert it to gif and it must be smaller than 200kb, about swf files the ones stored on the phone cant be accessed or add more, cause its restricted (at least in usb mode cant see the animations folder) may be possible by some way to place or acess to them via usb cable but in data mode (the same as used on lg manager software) but still searching cause hate the backgrounds on the phone and nokia phones allow to see and use custom swf files.... :(
