just call the customer sercise.... tell them the phone type and the problem.. after that they will ask for ur name, social. and thats it.. after that they will give u 8numbers (do write it down and label it) also ask for the puk2 code and do the same write down and label it... these numbers will not change unless u change phones and sim card

Well to transfer pictures to your alcatel phone to computer you need a data cable (mostly the data cable comes with the multimedia phones) and a pc suite (a software cd comes with your phone)..... just insert the cd in computer and install the pc suite software after then connect your phone to computer using the data cable......  you can also download the pc suite software if you don't have the cd, please follow the below link to download the software -

First convert the songs to the format accepted by the phone, if you have the data cable for the phone plug it to the pc and phone..go to my computer copy and paste..or if the pc has a bluetooth device you could just send it by bluetooth

Windows 7 is far too large over 3GB to fit into your phone memory, also the Format it is available in, well, it is doubtful it would be the correct Format to use.

The PUK code is a personal SIM lock. It is asked after 3 wrong pins.

You need to contact your provider.

No solution.  The battery was dead, and buying a new one would have cost more than the cost of a new telephone.  So I bought a Sagem ....
