The battery life is down.My advice is that you purchase a new battery from a recognised store.When you have done that, before you use the phone, charge the battery fully. handsets do not have puk code, puk codes are always on the sim card. if you remove the sim card the phone will not ask for a puk code. another sim card will not ask for a puk code until you enter the pin codes wrong 3 times.

Hello *2767*3855# is the full reset that will remove even a lock code, the default code is 1234 or 0000, or 00000000 I don't recall exactly which one of them it is, most likely the 8 zeroes.

u should try replasing it then or getting a new phone
