i have a motorola k1 that comes from the Uk but it is asking for subsidy code

Do you know if your phone has an extra memmry card and which one? And try to find out where is the default destination for saving phone entries..!! If you just tired just reset to the factory default settings..!!! Q: it was from the begining slow?

Get this Phone reflashed. Of course if you Dropped the Phone or if it went into water then Forget it about spending 35-50 Bucks on reflasing this phone. because it will go back to Boot Mode.

That particular volume switch either up or down is stack.if you can dismantle the phone,just provide any screw driver that fits and release the screw (usually T6 precision screw will do).4 screw at the back panel seen obviously and 2 hidden screw located at the bottom cover in front panel (shown on that avatar of motorola logo),now release the side clips and lift up the back cover . volume key or botton is detachable,remove it and check the button if works,check and fix the volume key membrane if its bouncing or corroded,if possible to clean and align Do it.otherwise remove the volume key membrane which where it is stack.then assemble the phone and see if the volume still stack,might need a volume key membrane if damage.service center will be the last option.

if the phone says "bootloader" or any error like that on the main screen it means the software has been deleted. when a company makes a phone i.e. motorola or samsung or any other its a blank plastic shell. they then load software on it for each provider the phone is made for. when it says bootloader that means that its back to a blank shell. you can call motorola and they can try to reload it or call the cell phone company you purchased the phone with and process an exchange if its under warranty.

The problem with your phone is just flex problem, the flex on the screen of your phone is weak or worn out, this is a common problem among slide or flip phone.

What you need to do is to replace the flex on the screen of your phone, you can get this done by going to any local phone repairer within your vicinity to help get it fix or replace.

Once the flex is replace, your phone display problem is solve and the screen will start displaying.

there is nothing wrong with your screen, the problem is from the flex that connects your screen to the phone's main board. This flex must have worn out that's why your screen is not displaying any picture.

The problem is common with flip and slide phones. The flex gets worn out as a result of constant opening and close of the flip or slide phone.

I would urge you to replace the flex and I am assuring you that your screen will display picture again. You might also be lucky to find out that the flex is not well fix, that is, it may have loosed contact.

If you cannot change the flex yourself, maybe you should take the phone to a local repairer within your vicinity, so that the flex can be fixed/replaced.
