this looks like a defective sc board with or without buffers repaire cost about 400 dollars

If the power indicator is totally innactive then a new power supply will fix it.
If the power indicator falshes a code usually red then you will need to tell me exactly how many times it flashes.

There are likely two separate power supplies in your set; one main supply and probably an additional high voltage supply required by the plasma display. The 10 blinks probably are telling you which but only the maker or a tech familiar with this set would know. You might try calling a Panasonic service center in your area and they can surely tell you with the model number and blink count.

Cable box HDMI jacks are outputs only, unless it has provision for selecting HD inputs.

Your tv could have blown a fuse and or a small cheap transistor or resistor on the main board...Sorry, but you may need a repair service man...Doing it yourself could be dangerous and cause more damage even to yourself! It shouldn't be too expensive to get replaced.

SC, SU, SD, P board (SC,SU,SD>D,P).
Connect
the connectors SC2(*2),
and SC20 to the SC board. Remove the SU board. Turn the TV on. Does the TV power up
and stay on IF YES REPLACED SU BOARD IF ON
Install
the SU board and
Remove the SD board. Turn the TV on. Does
it power up
and stay on? IF YES REPLACED SD BOARD

Ca you please post an image so that I can see for myself what you mean by scrambled. Also you said "Not All Channels have this problem"
Can you confirm this? Did you try another input source such as DVD and see if the problem persists?

It is Only for Digital Photo Playback. You cannot Play music from it as far as i know.

This could be a reception problem of the cable transmission or the cable box if used. Are you using cable or SAT box. Tv goes to blue screen if signal is weak automatically.

Usually when you have a red tint when using the component input i'ts because the wires are switched on one end or one of the 3 video wires is bad. See if blue and green are switched.I see this all the time. Is your picture grainy on all input?

This is a difficult question to answer completely. 7 blinks indicates that one of the C boads has failed. however, there are several an SC,SD, SS and SU.
The procedure is to disconnect each of there boards until the blinking is eliminated. The labor charge is usually around 200.00 and the cost of whichever board is bad. Hope this helps.

Take out the SU board and try to start the unit. If it works, order that board.
If not install back the SU board and do the same with the SD board..
Boards are (rearview) on the left side SU is up and SD is down.
