try to check the profile settings of the phone.
and try to put the profile on normat and edit/personalize it
and with the ring sound/volume select ring.
it will work

there is a solution for this and it worked for me well.
you have to do some things
--> delete/free up some memory space of your phone and memory card
--> check the internet settings for the phone
--> turn of the phone and charge it fully
--> after charging wait for 2 min
--> turn on the mobile
start using internet (be sure you follow all the above steps before using the internet)
it will work for you.

Actually you don't need any antivirus for any of the sony ericsson mobiles.... You just need to scan it when u connect it to system through data cable...

you can find k790i firmware elesewhere in the net, flash it again with xs++.

if u have to activate the gprs then u must call your customer care of your provided connection service eg if u have the connection of airtel then u should call the customer care they will tell you the procedure of activating the gprs, and then get connected to internet.

u need to go contacat list then
contact seting and then u get a option of image used as wel as ringtone used or assin tone then u can set specific tone for each number..

your phone had virus so it corrupted your phones software, try to charge it and leave for 2 hours, not more than that, extra charging may spoil your battery life.
if it works then its ok. if it does't then take it to sony service center with your purchase bill and warranty card if it is in warranty. if the warranty period is exceeded then give it in the service center and get it formatted, it will cost you just Rs.393.
do not give it to the personal repairing shops they uses the pirated softwares which may make your phone working but will certainly harm it

you need not have to go for any softwars, sony itself gives you the best, so don't go on searching for softwares.
all you need to do is go to any branded sony ericsson showroom and there you buy a headphone model is HPM70. its a ear block headphone and it restricts the outer noise and there will be only music and you.
this is the best sir, trust me, i am a sony user since last 3 years and i do have k790i and having the same headphone which i have suggested you. trust me after that you will forget the sound quality of apple i-pods
but its a request to you that please buy only the original product with seal and hologram, and at the behind of it is the price tag and also you will get 1year garuntee.
the duplicate ones doesn't have a hologram and price tag.
DO NOT BUY THE DUPLICATE ONES.

If they did not work you need to take service center to unlock

hey u go in settings n then in manage calls... then click in restrict calls.. n there will be an option deactivate...click tht it will deactivate all ur restricted options

if you get yourself a data cable dcu-65 and this will charge yor phone no problems

Check hte message centre number in message settings... If its not there tale it from your friends mobile if both are having same srvice provider...

go to the service center of sny erricsson and get reset ur internet and mms settings
