u can download free software from sony-ericcson's main site by accessing it from u're phone's software folder (there's a icon to go the software page)

sounds like the phones software has become corrupt, try a master reset first if thast fails follow this tutorial: http://forums.se-nse.net/topic/16148-tutorial-flashinggdfs-operationsuploading-files-with-xs/

p.s full battery before you start, the drivers you will need your antivirus may report as a false positive and i hope you have the installs of the games, make sure you do not have any phone numbers or pictures etc you need on phone memory when you do this as they will be lost

u can reset passward for ur mobile in settings options in menu
OR if u forgot ur password then i will need imei no. of ur mobile

try sliding it towards lower side. it will open....

Maybe those themes are not supported by your device .
