sim memory is limited...hence you can retrieve the numbers by copying sim contacts to phone memory....you can get the numbers saved in your sim by opening contacts book and on top you find a menu called"options" there will be option to open your sim contacts

u need to contact u're operator with needed certifications they will track down u're phone through u're Sim card.

try this if do not work then remove this jumper again and have a new lcd
