hey bro download XS++ from topsony.comremove battery sim back then insert battery connect phone by holding C button(or 2+5)start xs++ click on connect button then tab to GDFS page click first button it will reset your password to 0000

try to remove the battery, sim, and memory card then clean the sim with eraser, clean also the sim connector with a blower then try to insert your sim and turn it on
