Just closed your mobile and reopen it. Sometimes when there's something wrong with my phone. I do it like this way. It's ok.

You would need to purchase a Data Cable for the phone and download Sony Ericsson PC Suite.

there must be a problem with your phone's LCD .

if the display gos white after operating flap of the phone you need to replace the flexcable of the phone
and if the phone is white display only problem may be in the lcd of the phone

Try popping ur battery out then pop ur sim out the put them bak in and when u turn it on, DONT SHUT IT!!!!!!

Maybe the connection to your main screen have been disconnected. try dismantelling your phone and fix the connections, if that doesnt help replace the screen

The connecting cable from the IC board(Bottom Part) to the display(Top Part) is damaged at the hinged portion of your phone.Go to your nearest Sny Ericsson Service center to resolve this issue.

Since you know you cannot transfer your contact from the phone to the sim because of the blank screen, it means you have to replace the screen of the phone in other to access the menu. I will advice you to take your phone to a technician to fix the screen.

I fixed my daughters phone last night by doing this.
This is a simple connection problem, that occures at either end of the ribbon connection at the top right (looking from the back of the phone)
you need to take the phone apart the screen side and the kepad side.
pull the connector ribbon out of both ends and then ease the screen out of the casing.
re connect the screen ,making sure to push it in firmly.
then connect the other end of the ribbon.
Now connect the battery terminals and turn the phone on.
The screen should light up and resume normal function.
