The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. You cant see the Life timer, but you can see the total call timer of your phone. to do so.. Turn you phone one.. On the desktop... Press Right then * then Left then Left then * then Left then *

A menu will appear, goto service settings, there you will find Total Call time. That will give you a guess of your mobile usage.

sir please give to the sonyericsson service center to change the charging jack of the phone and they will check the battery status of the phone.for charging in a normal condition

dont worry,intially when phone get switched on it will,search for service provider,if it fails to search it it will display that text.main thing is u should again switch off and on,then it will alwright..

I am also on 3 and having the same problem just called them they are getting the technical team on it but they are saying that loads of people are having a problem with this particular shortcode.
