The Short key to enable/disable the silent mode is "Press and hold the # key"

But if you are asking about the profile, then follow this; Enter your Main menu > Settings > Under General Tab > Select Profiles > you will see all the Profiles > Select NORMAL (If it is already selected then hit the left soft-key and select View and Edit, there you will see all the setting of this NORMAL Profile, set it accordingly, I mean turn the Silent Mode off, Turn the ringing on...whatever you want.)

hi,format your cellphone and you will be asked for a new code.
then enter a new code and then disable this function or always remember your code.that is the only option you have left.

hi,try put that sim in another phone..try see if you will still get the same message...if you get the same message, it means the sim card is bad...but if you do not get the same message you could look for a clean matterial to clean the place you normally place your sim on the phone..if this does not work also, the you will have to go see an expert to help you handle it.

Please get in touch with your service provider to rectify the problem.

If the sim dropped in water or you have tampered with it mistakenly then you will hae to replace the sim by performing a sim swap.

Pincode stands for PERSONEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. It is the fourdigit number which is used to lock the phone. The phone will ask for the code when you switch on it.With out entering the correct pin code you can't access your phone.If you enter the pin code wrongly for a specified(normally 3)number of ties your sim will get locked.You can't use that sim in other phones also without unlocking it.PUK code (PERSONAL UNLOCK KEY)is used tounlock the sim card if it is blocked.PUK code is provided by the network operators.If the PUK code is entered 10 times wrongly the sim card gets permenantly blocked.

just call ur network provider customer care and ask for the puk code.

Unfortunately a MEP code is device specific, it isdifferent for every phone, another persons code will not work with yours.

as far as i know you cant get unlock codes for free

It appears that your send key may be broken, the send key being the green button at the top. The best thing to do may be to have the company take a look at it, other than that I wouldn't tamper with it, because that could terminate the warrenty

The problem is that the mouth piece on your phone is malfunctioning that is why people call or people that calls you barely hear you.
All you need to do is to replace the mouth piece of your phone and you will see that after the replacement of the mouth piece, anybody that call you or people you call will hear you clearly.

Just change the mouth piece as advice and you will see that the problem is solve. meanwhile, you can be using hands free pending the time you will replace the mouth piece.

If you are trying to play a file and it shows palyback failed.

this simply means there is a problem with the file you are about to play.

Most likely, the file is not supported by the phone.

Try to check the format of the file, and see the kind of files the phone supports.

If it is a file you have played before and refuses to play again, then the file has a viru.

All you have to do is delete the file and try to install it back from its source.
