Hi. You will need to open the phone in order to replace it, providing you have a spare joustick button ready. I assume you mean the navigate button, and not the underlying microswitch attached to the curcuit board.
To open the phone remove battery, memory card and sim. Then unscrew the two torx head screws at the bottom. Gently pry open the front cover along the edges, using a thin and preferrably blunt object of plastic to avoid damage and marks. (you can find special tools like for this purpose, sold from mobile phone spare parts suppliers)
Gently lift off keypad, and lift up the keypad electronic borad to access your broken joystick. Put the new in place and reverse to close. Be careful, a mobile phones's "inners" is very delicate. Do not overtighten the small screws.
