You have to checkout the installations of drivers. if the drivers are not installed it will not work properly. open cd-RoM By right click on the my computer. Goto the drivers,click on executable file, after that u will get dialog box,click on "continue anyway". Restart ur pc. and use it.

 see if the songs are default & preloaded in  ur hndset..so u will nt get the delete option for that..If u want to delete them than u need to go to sony service centre & get ur inbuilt software of hndset  either replaced or refreshed.Hope this will sort out ur problem.

Relace your lcd.

chake the microphone if ok replase the mike ic

if not possible use handsfree.

replase battary, try to start phone

connect the charger there is a red light at strat button

if yes then reload the softwere.

Seems Battery is not fully charged. Try to charge battery using universal charger then try to switch on the phone.

Contact your service provider, they should know if you can change networks.It is a 2 & 3G only phone so that will restrict it as 3G is now obsolete.

What message are you getting on the screen when you turn the phone on? Is it recognising there is a sim card there but not letting you use it? The most common reason for this is often a 'Locked' handset. Most networks set the phones the sell to only work for their sim cards. Most specialist phone retailers can usually Unlock the handset for a small fee. If it isn't recognising that there is a card there it will either be a faulty sim card or a faulty phone.
