Hi There! Can specify the Brand and Model of your cellphone? Is the LCD of your phone had been replaced or is it a new phone?

At this point, I'd make sure the * # and Power keys are not depressed by any chance. Maybe they are stuck. I'm afraid it might be a hardware issue, the only suggestions I could make is to flash a monster-pack but this would most likely not work and will erase anything on the phone anyway.
If not, try using Flash & Backup 3.0.7 and see if it detects your phone. If it does, try backing up ur current software and then try to flash a compatible MP (Monster Pack) from http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=142
Try that.

I can only hear people talking through speaker phone
This is a common issue with the Moto Razor and can only be fixed by replacing a part. This phone used different speakers for speaker phone and talk modes.....If you have an old razor laying around that is the same model, you can use its speaker if you believe or can prove it works......otherwise you can buy one for a few bucks.
Here is a randomly selected site that sells these parts.
1. Remove the 4 plugs over the screws on the flip top and the screws themselves.
2. pop the top apart and up at the top you sill see where the speaker just sits in there.
3. Replace it the way you saw it in there
4.put it back together
Now you can hear your friends without speaker phone!!!

If you can, perform a master reset on the phone. If the keypad restarts before you are able to get through enough menu's to do that, the phone will need to be replaced. If it's still under warranty (1year usually) this is considered a warranty covered replacement unless it's gotten wet or has any cracked plastic parts.

I put my sim card in phone from cingular end i
I think you can try putting in like 1234 or the last 4 digits of your phone #. This happened to my dads razr. I think he ended up calling AT&T support line or something like that and he set up a number and anytime that message came up he entered it. Good luck

Network problem
Hi,
For information about the Motorola RAZR V3x and what carriers it will be on, here is a quick answer: only GSM carriers. For those unaware of the technology behind cell phones, there are two major competing technologies GSM and CDMA. You will never be able to use a GSM phone on a CDMA network or a CDMA phone on a GSM network.If it's all ok for you then call upon your service center.
