There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

This is a common glich with razr models, if you have insurance request a new phone. It is not the battery or charger it is a malfunction in the power port on phone. Not repairable

what you can do is try to once it ask you for the lock code what you can do is bypass it by pressing the menu key and now it should ask you for another security code. If you havent changed it, it should be 000000. you can do the same to unlock all the locks by doing the same step under security. hope this helps

They mean different models of phones depending on carrier. Function and features maybe the same but may represent it for different carrier the phone came from.

you can bypass the lock code if you haven't change the default. Once in the master reset screen and when it ask you for the unlock code click menu and tpye in 000000 and that will bypass it.
