Keypad not working
The volume buttons on the side of the phone are sticking. My up volume button seemed fine, but someone told me to keep pushing it and the button will release. Sure enough, the volume controls started to work. I played with both the up and down buttons some more and the button below started working. A few more minutes monkeying around with the volume buttons and now all the buttons work.

FORGOT LOCK CODE MOTOROLA RAZR2
It should be the last four digits of
the phone number on that phone. If it was changed, If you move the
phone onto a different phone number the lock code will default to the
last 4 digits of that phone number. Then move the phone back onto
your phone number and it will be reset to the last 4 digits of your
phone number.
If this helped please provide feedback

Sir, i have motorola v9
Hello,
Problems which cause Network Signal transmission going down or not coming properly can be caused for 2 causes.
The first cause is the Network Provider's system is having some kind of problem with your Sim.
The second cause is that your phone's internal antenna which actually receives the signals form the your Network's tower, is damaged or not properly functioning.
Also, Signal strength also depends on where you are and who is your network provider.
I assist you that you borrow any one of your friend's Sim and see if the Signal strength is OK or not.
If yes, then it is the Network provider's fault, if still low signal strength persists, the problem is with your phone. In this case, take it to the Motorola Service Center.
Thank You.

Moto v9 not charging solution
The chargers you are using. Are they Motorola Original parts or from another manufacturer?
Definitely
odd that it works with the USB charger but not the wall or car
chargers. Can you take it into an at&t corporate store and have them
try one of their chargers in the phone. This way we can eliminate if it
could be the chargers. Could be something with the charging port on the
phone though there is a hole in that theory as the USB charger works.
If you take the battery door off your phone you should see a little white or pink/red paper circle. Which color is it?
How long have you had the phone?

V9 works fine in town but over the first hill-5ks
Hello,
Since the v9 works fine in town, then it simply means, it is not receiving any signal from the hill.
It has a weak signal strength and might receive little or no signal at all from the hill. So for hill tops, try using another phone, but for town use, you can use the v9.
The phone is not in any way faulty, it just is not built to receive signals from such heights.
If you have the phone checked, you will not detect any fault simply because the phone is not faulty.
Take care and good luck

Phone allows out going calls but not incoming
I don't think the problem is with your phone, if I am right, it should be with the sim card and the incoming call facility might have been disabled by the Network Operator. First of all try the sim card on another handset, it will not work on the other phone either. Your only solution is to call the customer care of the Sim Card provider (Network operator) and tell them the problem, they'll fix it for you.
If you need further help, let me know.
Good luck.

I can't view imported video
Various media players do not support certain video formats hence such issues as you are faciong.
Try using realplayer to play the video if you dont have realplayer you can download it for free at realplayer.com...also try to get the sp edition it plays more formats.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

Signal goes in my area
It happens to everyone, there are always going to be certain dead spots with every phone carrier no matter what, nothing you can do there unless you call the cell phone carrier and have them install an antenna in your area which I know wont happen just for one customer.
Good luck.
