Ringer and speaker have a different way.In this case problem only on speaker.to solve your problem open up your phone casing then check your speaker the place are the midle up your screen.in some case problem are from connector speaker that not connect well with the PCB (engine).if still not work its mean you must change your speaker.I hope it help.

It must be asking for PIN code, and it must be operator sim dependent..

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...

if you provide PUK code wrongly for 10 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM
