1. First Switch On your mobile by pressing power button.
2. Then, tap this code: *#7370#
3. Now your phone will restarts.
4. Wait for a while, Hard Reset done on your mobile.

You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.

hi if the phone is asking for the security code as soon as you switch it on then i can give you the master code that resets the code to what it was when new usually 12345 the code only works if its asking for security code when you switch phone on.
Also the code is only accepted if the code hasnt been entered wrong more than 5 times if it has been entered wrong more than 5 times then the code wont work the code is in my next post ok let me know if you need further assistance ok

if you can open it you can see that the ringer has two contacts and it is adjustable may be it loose its contact from the mainboard. and you can adjust it yourself or if still not ringing then you can buy the same and fix as it is..
