You need to recalibarte the stick.

The internal sensor is stuck or damaged, I it may be possible to open the joystick and repair it but it's unlikely.

all microsoft flight simulators that accept usb game controllers will recognize ST290 usb joystick.

You didn't say what game you are using this in. Many flight sims allow you to setup controls more specifically and to your liking. I would look for such a menu in game and reverse that axis.

Request the instructions from Saitek.

Software issue. Use a newer joystick and all will be fine.

All the manuals and drivers are on the Saitek Website, very easy and straightforward to find and download what you need. Just make sure it's plugged in to a USB port.

Isn't the panel support within the flight software itself? In which case it would be either in options or preferences. Saitek's software downloads are basically for controllers.
