Water leak electrolux
Good Morning atgltd,
So I understand that your water dispenser continues to release water for several minutes after pouring a glass of water and that it also randomly dispenses water. It sounds like something could be going on with either the dispenser module or the water actuator. Give the refrigerator a hard reset. You can do this by either unplugging it or by switching the breaker off that it is connected to. Leave it off for 3-5 minutes. Connect the power back, and if you are still having the same troubles of the dispenser releasing water, I would suggest that you contact a local authorized technician to see what exactly is causing the water to continuously dispense.

Operators Manual
Hi Maxwell,
I see that you are looking for an operators manual for your refrigerator model# FRS3R5EMB. I've checked the manufacturers website and was unable to locate it there. Might I suggest contacting the manufacturer directly to have a manual sent out to you, or maybe they have a link where you can download the manual yourself.

Noise problem with my refrigrator freezer
Good Morning Admasu, thank you for your post!
Your high-efficiency refrigerator may make unfamiliar sounds. These are all normal sounds and soon will become common to you. This also indicates your refrigerator is operating as designed. Hard surfaces, such as vinyl or wood floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make sounds more noticeable. If the noise, however, become louder or more pronounced, then you may want to connect with a local appliance technician to determine if anything else may be the cause.
The motor does not run constantly...should it cyle on and off and if so , how often
Hello Andy, thank you for your post!
By motor, are you referring to the compressor of your refrigerator? The compressor can run for longer periods of time and this is actually more energy efficient. Unlike older refrigerators that turned off and on frequently, newer models save energy from having to start up and shut off repeatedly. For example, diesel-powered trucks conserve fuel and energy and therefore have less engine wear and tear by keeping the motor running; much like newer energy efficient refrigerators. If the compressor is running on a more constant basis; it is maintaining the temperature within your refrigerator, rather than having to cut off and start again to adjust the temperature.
I hope this information explains your concern. However, should you feel that a service technician is needed; you may visit the manufacturer website to find a provider in your area that will look at your appliance.
Best regards, Chris!
JCD-23 making too little ice
Check the water flow to the ice maker. Turn the supply water off, loosen a fitting near the ice maker and then turn the water on. You should get plenty of water. If it is slow, check the filter.
Repeat, corrected model number
Try unplugging the fridge and replugging it in. On this model if it doesn't cool, the display/temperature reading for the unit may start beeping like crazy. Resetting it sometimes fixes this. If you hear the compressor motor kick on, and it doesn't cool within 24 hours, your fridge will need a major repair. If it doesn't turn on at all, you may need a less expensive repair.
Freezer will not go below 30
Hello Paul, I am happy to assist you!
If your freezer is not cooling below 30 degrees, it could have a floating restriction in the lines or something more complicated like an issue with the sealed system that only a professional can repair. This can include the compressor not working correcting, the evaporator fan not turning, or even coolant in the lines with incorrect levels to properly cool. Do you hear the compressor running? If the compressor is running, humming or even a little warm then that is typically normal. However, I suggest cleaning your freezer out completely including the coils you can reach (typically located underneath or behind the unit). Also try checking and see if the door seal is bad; place a dollar bill between the body of your freezer and the door. Now close the door. The dollar bill should stay in place and pull out with a small amount of resistance. If the dollar bills falls out when placed between the gasket and cabinet double check to see if the door is being blocked by anything stopping it from closing. If any of these suggestions prove to be ineffective, it would be advisable to connect with a professional to accurately pinpoint any potentially more serious issues.
