From my understanding you would like to know which wire should be used from the bracket box to your oven for your Frigidaire oven. I have provided you a copy of your installation manual. The exploded parts diagram can be found here: http://www.searspartsdirect.com/model-number/PLEB30S9FCC/1428/0125300.html. Look for part designation 119. It is a **resettable** thermal switch. There is a little red button on the top that you press in and feel/hear a click of the breaker being reset. The part number is 318004900. You will have to remove the oven from the wall, remove the back cover panel and locate it. If you are unsure or hesitant about doing any of this, CALL FOR SERVICE!

The part you need is 316111202. Any good appliance parts store or website should be able to locate one for you. Your sensor should have about 1100 ohms at room temperature. Check the connector first before replacing sensor. They are notorious for causing problems. The only things that control temp is the sensor and the main board. If the sensor and wiring check good, then the main board is defective.
