We have a Jade stove.
Hi,
Thanks for writing to Fixya.com.
You most likely have a wire loose. This happens from the popping of the circuit breakers to the stove. It is only the stove that is effected . You need to shut off the breakers to the stove only, then push the breakers past the offsetting. This resets them. Then try turning them on again. As long as the switches on the stove are OFF, there should be no problem in using the other burners, but do NOT use the one that sparked. If the breakers shut off or it sparks again. Shut off the breakers and call a licensed appliance repair person.

Hi can you provide me with instructions how to change my thermostat on a Defy oven serial number - DGS 158 AA 14 11 100288
To change the thermostat on a Defy oven with the serial number DGS 158 AA 14 11 100288, follow these steps:
- Disconnect the power to the oven by unplugging it from the wall outlet or turning off the circuit breaker that supplies power to the oven.
- Remove the screws that secure the back panel of the oven to the frame. The back panel is typically located at the back of the oven, near the bottom.
- Once the back panel is removed, you will be able to access the thermostat. The thermostat is typically located near the top of the oven and is a small, round component with a knob or lever that controls the temperature.
- Disconnect the wires that are connected to the thermostat. There should be two or three wires connected to the thermostat.
- Remove the thermostat from the oven by loosening the mounting screws that secure it to the frame.
- Install the new thermostat by reversing the above steps. Make sure to connect the wires to the correct terminals on the new thermostat.
- Replace the back panel and secure it with the screws that you removed earlier.
- Restore power to the oven by plugging it back into the wall outlet or turning the circuit breaker back on.
- Test the new thermostat to make sure it is working properly.
Note: These instructions are general guidelines and may vary depending on the specific model of your Defy oven. If you are unsure of how to change the thermostat on your oven, it is recommended that you contact a qualified appliance repair technician for assistance.

Whirlpool AKP 202 - - - C error message. What is it?
Hi, you have to switch off the machine for some minutes. After restarting push the "SET" and "OK" together and you will get the service menu, where you have to change "EUR" to "EURN".
If the service menu doesn't activated you have to remove the calbe of display from control unit for some minutes and restart again.
