Hello. Actually this shaver is not designed to easily change the battery. I say that because you would have to cut the wires to remove the old battery and then solder the wires to insert a replacement. It can be done, it just is not a simple replacement. Hi try the following
you need to Squeeze tabs on either side of the trimmers head if you look at the picture above your post of the shaver if you see the 2 foil parts at the top well look just below them and you see the light silver part and it has that small Grey round part on either side up at the top where the trimmers head starts you need to grab hold of it with your thumb and finger so your thumb is pushing the tab on one side and your finger on the other side and you squeeze both tabs as if your pushing them further into the shaver and then it lifts strait up the whole shaving head comes off and you then clean behind it and replace the shaving head.
