Hi JOHN, first try recalibrating it, instructions on how to do that are here:http://leapfrog.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2225
If calibration doesn't resolve the issue, you can reset the LeapPad with these steps:
1) Launch the LeapFrog Connect application
2) Press and hold down Ctrl + Shift + R
3) A pop up window will prompt you to connect the device you wish to reset
4) Power on and connect the LeapPad

Hello there.

Leap pad2 does not have Wi-fi.

It can only be connected to another computer with mini usb.

You must be thinking of someone else, because the Leappad2 problem was not solved and you stopped responding to my questions. My granddaughter's Leappad2 is a year old and there is no video, audio yes, but no video. It seems a shame because she has several programs to use, but not when there is no video.

we had the same thing happen. Call Leap tech support they will replace. Their tech support is not great and not in on the weekends. But they will replace it.
