it sounds like it is freezing up. may be a bad coil sensor preventing defrost.

the only way to get diagrams is from Traulsen. They are not very forth comming with this info unless you call them with the model and serial number.

The defrost clock may be starting to go bad. It will intermittently get stuck in defrost. The next time the unit warms try to locate this clock. Advance the knob and if the unit turns on you know the clock is getting stuck. :)

ok,is the freezer fan working?is there frost buildup in the freezer?it sound like you have a defrost problem whick means your defrost timer,defrost heater or defrost sensor has failed,you need to check all the defrost parts to pin point the problem,let me know what you find-mike
