Have you tried a PRAM start?
Switch machine off. Restart> when you hear the first Chime, hold down the following four keys at the same time (tricky but can be done) ALT>CMD>P>R. Keep them held down until you hear the second Chime then release.

What icon is flashing. If it is a question mark or file folder
icon, you need to reload the operating system. To reset a password from another owner you need to reinstall the software.

Try restoring it in iTunes first...it will download the latest firmware and install it if you choose that option. Then reload your songs and it should work. If not, then there is probably a hardware problem.

I'm sorry, I have no idea what you mean. Are you using in-camera image processing ?

The USB will work. Before turning the camera off make sure it is in PLAYBACK Mode. Then turn off the camera, open the door to the batteries/USB connector, connect the USB cord to the camera and your PC. Turn on the camera (yes, with the door open. The USB will power it, no need for the batteries at this time. Just like a USB flash drive).

Your PC should "find" the new "drive". Download as you would any other USB mass storage device.

Is this a Fuji camera?
Check to make sure you have not set an aperture correction override. (Exposure compensation setting) Also check the metering mode or Exposure mode. You may also have the sensitivity set incorrectly. If this is the Fuji XT20 there are three exposure sensitivities setting it too high will cause this problem I expect.
