Jenn-Air SVE87600B (corrected model#) Grill Fault

I think when they are saying ohm sensor, they are trying to say to test the resistance (ohms) of the temp sensor/thermistor.

So either the element is not shutting off (power supply to it), the temp sensors faulty (or too close) or the element if faulty(would be my first step)

Knowledge is from my own version of logic this is not my field of expertise but decided due to "any guidance request" I'd put my 2 cent in, but I'd say element if you haven't changed it or it is the temp sensing device, but then thinking about it if your last board in another area got zapped then maybe it is whatever circuit that provides power to the element

Cheers
S.

Beeping, flashing, oven door locked, display shows F-1

F1 Defective touch pad or membrane Replace touch pad or membrane (this problem is usually the touch pad) F1 Watchdog on board Replace touch pad or clock assembly (also called the ERC) BUT you also need to check the Oven Temperature Sensors The Oven Temperature Sensors should read room temperature, 70°F, the resistance is 1000-1200 ohms. make sure you pull off the wires to measure the sensor's resistance and it reads open it is bad. and you will have to replace it too. hope this helps.

Jenn-air JGS9900 downdraft slide in gas range - no power and electrical outlet IS working

There are several possible reasons why your Jenn-air JGS9900 gas range may not have power:
  1. Tripped Circuit Breaker: Check the circuit breaker for the range in your home's electrical panel to see if it has tripped. If it has, reset it.
  2. Loose Electrical Connection: Check the power cord connection to the range to make sure it is secure. Also, check the wiring connections behind the range to ensure they are properly connected.
  3. Blown Fuse: If your range has a fuse, check to see if it has blown. You may need to replace it.
  4. Faulty Control Board: The control board is responsible for supplying power to the range's electronic components. If the control board is faulty, it may need to be replaced.
  5. Faulty Igniter: If the burners are not igniting, the igniter may be faulty and need to be replaced.
If none of these solutions work, it may be best to contact a professional technician to diagnose and fix the issue.

Jenn-Air jgs8860bdp broiler doesn't ignite.

There are a few potential issues that could cause the problems you're experiencing with your Jenn-Air broiler. Here are a few things you can try:
  1. Make sure the gas supply to the broiler is turned on and that there are no blockages in the gas line.
  2. Check the gas valve to make sure it is open and functioning properly.
  3. Make sure the gas burners are clean and free of any debris or obstruction.
  4. Check the broiler burner for proper ignition. It should ignite within a few seconds of turning on the broiler. If it does not, the burner orifice may be clogged and will need to be cleaned.
  5. Check the gas pressure to the broiler. If the gas pressure is too low, it can cause the flames to be low or go out.
  6. Make sure the broiler igniter is properly seated and connected.

Model 8114P955-60. When oven self-cleaning is selected, why does it indicate 'FEATURE IS NOT AVAILABLE'?

Usually a problem with the door lock. Self cleaning cycles invariably break things due to the extreme heat (650'F). I advise NEVER to use them.
