Jenn-Air model #sve47600b. Today put new display

Make sure that you properly plugged in the keypad cable. There is the wide connector that brings all the keypad touches up to the display board, and there is the small 4-black wire connector that brings power to the control board.

For future reference, we repair electronic control boards at www.fixyourboard.com, maybe we can help you in the future.

The auto clean on my Jenn-Air S166U range/grill is

electric oven will not heat: Things to check- The screw in fuses, they are usually the 30 amp fuses for the oven. Next is the clock assembly, often these clocks will have the words "push for manual" or "turn for manual", this will put the clock back into the normal operating mode rather than the automatic mode. Next, you may have to remove the power and check for any burnt wires. If all checks ok, you will have to test the selector switch and oven control. --------------------- About oven light not working check out this The interior oven light in most ovens is a standard 40 watt appliance bulb. Often, to change the bulb, you first need to remove a shield or glass dome. If the bulb isn't burned out, the problem may be with the switch on the oven door frame. If the switch works poorly, intermittently, or not at all, you need to replace it. --------------------- The oven door won't close If your oven door has gotten bent or warped (maybe you rested something heavy on it…), you need to remove the door, disassemble it, and straighten it. You can lift most oven doors off of their hinges by opening the door several inches to its first "stop," and lifting the entire door straight up.

If the hinges have become worn, damaged, or bent, you probably need to replace them. We recommend replacing both hinges at the same time, to prevent uneven wear of the undamaged hinge.

An indicator light doesn't work correctly When an indicator light has stopped working, you may be able to replace just the bulb--but you usually have to replace the entire light assembly. Alternatively, there could be a problem with your burner sensor (stuck open or closed) or your indicator light circuit.

Locked oven latch

It is just a guess on my part, go to the electrical panel and turn the breaker for the oven off. This should release the lock if is an electronic lock. If it is mechanical, I guess it is back to the drawing board.

How to remove simpson wall oven with cable

Not if you can access you main electrical panel. You should be able to turn off the 50 Amp Double Pole Breaker that provides power to the wall oven/ Note, sometimes it's a 40 or a 60 amp breaker depending on the age and requirements for the wall oven.

You should be able to turn off the breaker and safely remove the oven and disconnect the wiring connections once you pull the oven out of the opening. Be sure to fully tape each wire once you disconnect them from the oven to prevent an accidents - also, LEAVE THE BREAKER OFF until the new oven has been properly installed!

IF you aren't sure which breaker it is and really want to be ultra safe, you can shut off the main breaker, but you'll be without power until you've got the oven removed and have safely taped each conductor with SEVERAL wraps of electrical tape to prevent contact with the bare conductors.

Hope you found this very helpful and best regards!

Front burner not working correctly

have you tried to change the burner all together. If it is the one you pull out, just pull it out and go to a appliance store or home depo and get a replacement it should work fine after that. If the problem still exists you have a wiring problem to that burner. but I am sure it is just the burner if all your other burners work...
