follow the power line ..and see if it has something is shorted ..or if it leads to a fuse...it is possible that the fuse its out ..and this stopped the power on that line .....or also check with a control lamp ..if there is current on the line ,,and until where ..this way you will see where it is interrupted ....see on the switches..in front of them and beyond..to see if there isn't any issue with it ..and like I said ..my money will go for a fuse blown..
Lower element not heating on JES9750
Hi
Usually, when an oven won't bake, it's because the bake element( bottom element) is burned out. The bake element is the black, pencil- thick tube at the bottom of the oven. When the oven heats, the element glows red. This element has an expected life-span of several years. It may last for only one; it may last for many more. When the element burns out, you need to replace it.
Please check whether your bottom element has probably "blown" out. See if there is a small spot that looks like it exploded. It is similar to an extension cord getting warm and melting in a spot. You need to replace it.
Let us know if you have something more to know else accept the suggestion.

Intallation
the range you are looking at is going to stick out too far, if you don't mind it sticking out 5 inches than ok but it will stick out, normally the stahdard is even or 2 inches out nothing more.
