The self-clean function won't work.

From the manual: The main oven and companion oven are equipped with heavy-duty, porcelain - coated racks which are designed to remain in the oven during the self-clean cycle.
So they have nothing to do with your problem. From what you describe it appears that as the thermostat button is turned it either simply powers down the oven because the command wire for the clean cycle is disconnected or it trips some kind of overheat safety that is functioning incorrectly.
The oven will have to be extracted from its place, its back removed to access the thermostat button (and its wirings) and the control board which will have to be tested. This isn't the simplest of jobs so if you have never done something like this before then you will have to call a pro. The parts won't cost much (less than $100) but the labor will so shop for the most affordable one.

Re: wiring diagram GE monogram range Model

If the bake and broil elements will work when you set the control to bake or broil then the likely failure is either the oven control board or a failed door lock switch. Generally speaking if your range has a digital display it should indicate if the door is not closed/locking and or an error/fault code.

The Electronic Range Control (ERC) must detect a closed oven door before it will start a clean cycle and lock the door. The door lock mechanism must close a lock switch once the door has locked before the ERC will start the clean cycle.

You can try resetting the range by disconnecting it from the outlet or switch off the main circuit breaker of the home for 20-30 minutes then restoring the power. If the reset doesn't work, you may have a faulty control board or door lock assembly.

GE Profile Range Oven. The bake button isn't working but all the other keys work on the keypad. I've replaced the control panel twice an still the same issue. What else could it be?

Question edited for clarity. The bake element failed? Test for continuity. If it has a fan, test that too. If it is electronic, check the thermistor temperature sensor. For suspected control panels or mainboards, I always suggest dealer service so you get the correct diagnosis and warranty on the parts and the job. They are also expensive. ..

How do I replace touchpad on a GE profile range JGS905BEK1BB? It shows an error code F7. I don't even know how to remove the Faceplate (item 18), thanks!

Most modern appliances like cookers and washing machines have the control panels and displays are fitted from behind the front panel, inside the machine. You will be better off getting a professional repairer to do it for you. *Remember* this is a Gas appliance that you're working on so BE CAREFUL. You might have to remove several other panels to get to the touch pad so if your going to do it yourself turn OFF the main gas supply first then make notes and take photos as you go.

In my GE Profile Range model PGB911 the electric igniters for the range burners will not stop arcing.

There is a stuck micro switch somewhere. The is one behind each burner knob. https://www.geappliances.com/appliance/GE-Profile-30-Free-Standing-Gas-Convection-Range-PGB911ZEJSS Oh no, Part 12, is discontinued and all the switches come as one harness. You may be able to clean and test them if you can get to them. If not, there is a replacement. Item has been replaced by WB18X27596 https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/ModelSectionParts/PGB911SEJ1SS/1/0/0/0/GAS_&_BURNER_PARTS ..

The display doesn't work on my ge model JBP21GS1WH, however the burners work fine, is there a reset or something?

No reset found in the manual. You can try this and hope it works.. Turn off the circut Breaker to the stove for 5 minutes to see if it resets. Checking around the net I've only found "Item Discontinued"
  • The part is no longer sold by the manufacturer.
  • The manufacturer does not stock any substitute parts to replace this one and therefore, unfortunately, we cannot obtain or recommend a substitution for this part.
  • We cannot obtain the part through any other means.
Darn..

My ge stove is beeping and says bad line I unplugged and plugged it back in and still does it

If your GE stove is beeping and displaying the message "bad line," it typically indicates an issue with the electrical power supply. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem:
  1. Check the Power Supply: Ensure that the stove is properly plugged into a functioning power outlet. Verify that there is no issue with the circuit breaker or fuse that supplies power to the stove. You may need to reset the circuit breaker or replace a blown fuse if necessary.
  2. Inspect the Power Cord: Examine the power cord for any signs of damage, such as cuts, fraying, or exposed wires. If you notice any issues, it's advisable to replace the power cord with a new one to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  3. Test the Outlet: If possible, try plugging the stove into a different power outlet to see if the "bad line" message persists. This step helps determine if the issue lies with the stove or the electrical supply in your home.
  4. Contact a Professional: If the problem persists or if you are unsure about performing further troubleshooting steps, it's recommended to contact a qualified appliance repair technician. They can diagnose the specific issue with your GE stove and provide the necessary repairs or replacements.
