grab hold of the installed burner cartridge at he top of unit and pry up slightly, should lift up without much effort, if not try lifting front side. they jsut lift up and slide back in no screws hold them in place
Gas Range Oven Knob Area Gas Leak
The only two things you can do are pull the core of the oven thermostat and re-grease it, but that could throw your temperature calibration way off. The other is to replace the thermostat. Either way, a calibration is probably a good idea.
After using the grill cartridge for the first
There has got to be an interlock that is actuated by inserting the grill into the cooktop. That interlock switch or sensor is probably stuck closed and still is sending the signal to the stove that the grill is being operated, not the burner cartridge. Pull the burners out, insert the grill back into the cooktop a few times feeling for interference or something not seating right. When you find the interlock or sensor, inspect it to see if it is hung up, clean it, adjust it, or tap it lightly. If the switch/sensor is operating properly, reinsert the burners, make sure the fan is turned off, and operate them, checking to see if the fan is now off. If not, there is either a faulty sensor or a fault in the signal line to the control board or in the board itself. But a hung up interlock is what I would be looking for first. Good luck.
When setting my oven for type of cooking and temp
your problem is in the potentometer switch. This is the switch that adjusts the temp inside the oven the beeping is informing you of the problem. A service tech would be required due to the complexity of the switch, it's location , and the overall adjustment needed to the switch. Good luck on the repairs hope this helped.

Burner sparks repeatedly
there is a chaffing problem on this unit on the left side of control remove nobs remove the cover and inspect for chaffed wires or oone that has come out of the ignitor
Ignitor click and sparks, but no flames
there are two small holes at the base of the burner where the pipe goes up to it but doesn't touch. i had the same problem and it turned out that these two holes were clogged. i just straightedend a paper clip and solved the problem

The problem is the pot(s) is too far from the heat. Jenn-air needs to make a burner cover that is closer to the burner for boiling water...
Six burner gas cooktop
My husband figured it out.....when we took the knobs off, I, of course, washed the area they had been sitting on, thereby spilling some water into the open part which contained the wires leading to the igniters. A short time with a hair dryer sorting things out.

Yes. Buy a burner module. Sears sells them also most appliance part stores. (I am assuming you have the model with 2 knobs on the grill side) The electric version of burner modules is around $100 Gas should be similar price.
Burners/Heat
make sure you have the correct orifices, make sure you have good gas pressure and make sure pressure regulator is ok.
also if the unit has been in service for a while check the orifice for build up a wire or needle will work to knock out any build up
