Appears wall oven not getting power.
First thing I would check is the household breaker...if it is good, go to the back of the unit where the power cord hooks up to (the terminal block) and check each side for the appropriate voltage. Should have at least 120 volts from black to center (white), 120 volts from red to center and 240 volts from red to black. If you have all of the appropriate voltages, then you need to concentrate on the control boards. Good luck
Self cleaning ovens
Perhaps it hasn't cooled down enough; or you may have to run the self-cleaning cycle again. The oven has to reach a certain temperature before it starts to turn the residue to ash.You may have interrupted its cycle. It then has to cool off sufficiently to safely open the door.
