is a multi-solution answer since I don't have all the tech from your question to pinpoint your problem
But the solution is in here generically, if you read and study the solutions very,very carefully.

Sounds like the cold control has stuck . Unplug the two wires from the cold control and plug them together. Turn one wire over and plug it into the other. away from the cold control.
The cold control is the knob in the ref that turns it on and off and has numbers on it. (Thermostat)
If it runs then that cold control (Thernostat) is the problem.
If that doesn't work DO THIS:
The relay on the compressor may need replaced
A relay starts the compressor with a higher voltage and then quickly kicks out
Thats what is happening with yours
Its best for a tech to replace The relay but you can do it
Take your model number to your Local Appliance parts store they will have a diagram
showing you how to install the relay. Its called a hard start relay
also try hooking the two wires together on the cold control to route around the cold control.

It's programmed into the control board. It is something you do not replace separately. I'd look for what is causing the issue. Probably not a board. Look for water valve leaking water thru. Turn machine off and see if water is still running into the machine. If you have filters, be sure they are clean and you have no less than 20 psi during the fill cycle. the grate under the evap plates have been known to break off small pieces. These pieces get caught in the discharge of the pump and hold open a spring loaded valve which then let water out and tricks the float into a harvest.
It's the white triangle piece with 3 screws in it usually just about or next to the pump. Look for broken pieces inside of it. Remember, when you take it apart, it's spring loaded.

small bracket does not go inside, but outside the float switch. It goes behind where the float switch mounts. A screw goes thru the float, the bracket, and then into the machine. It holds the float level to it's adjustment.

according to my wiring diagram, the power goes thru the bin switch and then goes to terminal #10 on the control board, #7 on the control board, and branches off and goes thru the control switch and high pressure switch and then to the transformer.
I would check the "Ice/Wash" switch to be sure it is allowing power thru it. See if you have power at the high pressure switch. If you do, control switch is probably good so that would send me to the transformer. See if primary and secondary power is present.

first try resetting the board by pushing the reset button on the board. But make note of the number of the beeps before resetting.

check to see that you are getting the proper voltage to the solenoid. If you are, the valve coil is bad and need to replace entire valve. If not, check up stream voltage and determine where you are loosing it.

the water pome geting to hot and not raning
