beeps means there is an error code. need to count the beeps as that tell the tech what the machine has found as a malfunction.

start at looking for a stuck float switch. this keeps it in defrost till it senses water level full enough to make ice.

this is usually due to the reservoir loosing water or the float is not set right. during the freeze cycle, look for the machine drain and see if any water is draining. start there and let me know if I can help any further.
